Auch sein zweiter Streifen From Beyond ist eine H.P.-Lovecraft-Verfilmung mit Jeffrey Combs in der Hauptrolle und steht dem Vorgänger in nichts nach. B-Movie-Romantik trifft auf schleimigen Bodyhorror, der aufgrund des tollen Make-ups hervorragend gealtert ist. Eklig, schwarzhumorig und einfach gut!
